Loan Associate (Remote – Philippines | Day Shift) About the Role As a Loan Associate , you will support our Internal Mortgage Brokers by managing backend loan documentation, data accuracy, compliance, and communication with lenders. This is a non-client-facing remote role that plays a vital part in ensuring timely and accurate processing of loan applications for property investors. You will handle the administrative and operational flow of the loan journey—helping drive successful loan approvals and settlements through collaboration and precision. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process loan applications from pre-submission to settlement. Input and verify data within systems such as Infinity, HubSpot, and Apply Online (AOL). Gather and review client documents, ensuring compliance with lender requirements. Maintain organized and compliant digital files. Submit applications, request valuations, and track property pricing and credit checks. Liaise with lenders to resolve Missing Information Requests (MIRs). Provide updates to stakeholders and ensure smooth handover to the Settlement Team. Collaborate closely with Investment Lending Managers and Settlement Officers. Qualifications Required: Minimum 3 years experience in Australian home loan processing or lending operations Familiarity with Infinity, Apply Online (AOL), HubSpot, and Google Workspace Strong understanding of banking documentation, lender policies, and compliance procedures High accuracy in data entry and excellent organizational skills Experience handling MIRs, valuations, and credit reports Comfortable working remotely with Zoom on throughout the shift Preferred: Experience with SMSF loans or complex loan structures Background in property investment or mortgage broking Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or related field Loan Settlement Officer (Remote – Philippines | Day Shift) About the Role We are looking for a Loan Settlement Officer who will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of loan settlements . You will liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients, ensuring all post-approval settlement conditions are met and every detail of the settlement process runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities Liaise with lenders to ensure on-time settlements and follow up on conditions. Coordinate with solicitors and external parties for settlement instructions. Communicate with SMSF agencies and stakeholders on settlement progress. Provide clients with timely updates regarding settlement status. Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant prior to settlement. Deliver accurate settlement completions while managing a high-volume caseload. Qualifications 1–2 years experience in Australian home loan processing/documentation Excellent communication and coordination skills Familiarity with Infinity, Apply Online, and HubSpot (preferred) High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities Strong tech proficiency (MS Office, remote collaboration tools) Technical Requirements Windows 11 or macOS 13+ 256GB storage, 8–16GB RAM, Dual Core CPU Minimum 50 Mbps internet speed 28 days of paid leave per year Performance-based annual incentive HMO coverage (after 3-month probation; PH-based only) Work Hours: Monday–Friday, Sydney business hours Work Setup: Fully remote, Zoom-based team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
