Duties and Responsibilities: Bank Teller at Angeles City - Henson Branch

  • Processing customer financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and money transfers.
  • Cashing checks and processing loan payments.
  • Conducting foreign currency exchanges and handling currency deliveries.
  • Assisting customers with opening new accounts (checking, savings, money market accounts).
  • Maintaining and balancing cash drawers at the start and end of shifts.
  • Ensuring compliance with banking regulations including anti-money laundering and identification verification.
  • Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Promoting the bank's products and services suited to customer needs.
  • Keeping accurate records of transactions and customer interactions for the bank's documentation.

The qualifications for a bank teller position at GRBank generally are:

  • preferably candidates with associate degrees or relevant banking/finance coursework.
  • Proficiency in cash handling and basic arithmetic.
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn bank transaction processing systems.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in transactions and recordkeeping.
  • Integrity and trustworthiness to handle sensitive financial information.
  • Patience and composure in handling customers and resolving disputes.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to follow strict security protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17, Php19,000.00 per month
