Overview

HR Employee Relations Lead, Vice President – Hybrid based in Manila, Philippines. Citi Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct independent investigations of complex HR-related concerns, including Ethics Office, executive and other escalations, to thoroughly fact find, reach investigative conclusions, recommend resolutions and mitigate risk within prescribed timeframes.
  • Fully understand the Global Disciplinary Review Policy (GDR) and related standards and procedures; become a subject matter expert on GDR requirements.
  • Facilitate Global Disciplinary Review meetings at all levels and regarding substantiated investigations by all investigative units; review and credibly challenge investigation findings.
  • Act as a change agent to identify and provide solutions for enhancements and efficiencies in the ER investigative process and GDR meetings.
  • Adhere to established and evolving standards for detailed, auditable documentation.
  • Foster strong work relationships and collaboration with key investigative partners (HR Legal, ICRM, CSIS and the Ethics Office).
  • Track and analyze trends, diagnose root causes, and develop recommendations for corrective strategies.
  • Produce exceptional investigative write-ups and clear, concise summaries in accordance with applicable requirements.
  • Conduct investigations of concerns arising in the Asia clusters and other regions as needed.
Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of Employee Relations or Employment Law experience or equivalent.
  • Extensive investigation experience.
  • Knowledge of employment policies, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to build solid relationships at all levels and influence collaborative outcomes; strong facilitation skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management across functional areas, including senior levels.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability; driven to do the right thing.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented, high-pressure environment across multiple time zones.
  • Experience working globally (preferred).
Education
  • Bachelors/University degree; Master’s degree preferred
