Accounting Specialist – TAO Foods Company, Inc. The Accounting Officer (Accounting Specialist) is responsible for performing a wide range of accounting and financial tasks to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the company’s financial records. This position supports daily accounting operations, prepares financial reports, reconciles accounts, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update accurate financial records, including journals, ledgers, and other accounting documents. Prepare and process vouchers, invoices, receipts, and other accounting transactions. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records for audit and reference purposes. Support the month‑end and year‑end closing processes. Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters and payment schedules. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with government reporting requirements. Participate in internal and external audits by providing required financial data and documentation. Recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in accounting operations. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 24 years of experience in accounting or finance‑related functions. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle). Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
