Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Director of Sales located in Metro Manila. The Associate Director of Sales will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business development efforts. The role includes managing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee sales operations and drive sales performance in alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives.
  • Drive business development efforts and expand the customer base.
  • Manage the sales team, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Experience in Sales Operations and Customer Service
  • Proven Team Management abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila
  • Prefereably a Licensed Real Estate Broker or currently enrolled in BS REM
