Overview Accounts Payable Officer role at &you (Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines). This is a full-time on-site role to help build a smooth, reliable, and human-centered financial backbone. You’ll help ensure that vendors are paid accurately and on time, systems run efficiently, and every peso is accounted for. Our head office is located in Taguig City, BGC. We offer flexi-time to support work-life balance. Responsibilities Process invoices, review supporting documents, and ensure timely disbursements. Work closely with procurement, operations, and accounting to ensure accurate and complete data. Reconcile vendor statements and AP records to keep everything in sync. Assist with month-end reports, accruals, and audit documentation. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce friction, and increase accuracy. Help maintain internal controls and ensure BIR/tax requirements are properly addressed. Stay up to date with Philippine tax regulations affecting AP (e.g., VAT, EWT, 2307/2550M/2550Q, 0619-E/F) and partner with Accounting to implement changes and ensure timely, compliant filings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA is a plus. 3–5+ years of experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable in mid to large-scale or multi-entity environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; ability to analyze large data sets, automate tasks, and generate accurate financial reports. Proven track record in process improvement, reconciliation, vendor management, and AP controls. Working knowledge of Philippine tax compliance (VAT, EWT/2307, withholding taxes); familiarity with recent BIR issuances; experience with eFPS/eFRS/eInvoicing is a plus.
