The company serves healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics, providing high-quality products designed to enhance clinical performance and support healthcare providers in delivering superior care. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, and distributors. Actively promote the sutures portfolio and other related products to potential clients. Distributor Collaboration: Work closely with distributors to ensure effective product distribution and increase market penetration. Support and guide distributors in sales activities, product knowledge, and marketing efforts. Monitor distributor performance and provide necessary training to ensure alignment with company goals. Product Promotion: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare providers and institutions. Promote the unique value proposition of the principal products, highlighting their clinical and economic benefits. Manage and oversee product launches, ensuring successful uptake and sales growth. Market Analysis & Reporting: Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management for strategic decision-making. Track sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet sales objectives. Customer Support & Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues related to sutures and other products. Build long-term relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service and support. Attend relevant industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products. The Successful Applicant Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field. Proven 3-6 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device sector. Strong knowledge of sutures and surgical products is an advantage. Ability to collaborate effectively with distributors and internal teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven, results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
