We are seeking a passionate and experiencedRestaurant Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining service, wine knowledge, and team leadership. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, upholding service excellence, and supporting a high-performing front-of-house team.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless and high-standard service.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensure all service standards and fine dining protocols are consistently met.
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing our wine service, including staff wine training and guest recommendations.
  • Monitor reservations, guest flow, and seating arrangements for optimal efficiency and atmosphere.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure synchronized and timely service.
  • Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and end-of-day reports.
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and licensing standards in all areas of the restaurant.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a fine dining or wine-focused restaurant.
  • Strong understanding of fine dining service etiquette and standards.
  • Advanced knowledge of wine, food pairings, and wine service
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
