Job Summary: The Recruitment Assistant supports the end-to-end recruitment process by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, maintaining recruitment databases, 201 filing and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for applicants. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of HR or recruitment experience who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within the HR field. Key Responsibilities: Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, company website, social media). Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Conduct initial phone or email screenings to assess candidate suitability. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment reports. Prepare recruitment-related documents such as job offers and reference checks. Support onboarding activities for new hires when needed. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar role. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an advantage. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email correspondence. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills (Optional): Basic understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices. Experience in social media recruiting (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
