Your role The Associate Recruitment Consultant plays a pivotal role in driving the business growth and delivering top-tier talent to the clients. As an Associate Recruitment Consultant,you will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities: Conduct proactive business development activities to acquire new clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Understand client needs and provide tailored workforce solutions. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to placement. Negotiate terms of business and placement fees. Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. About you To apply, you must have the following qualifications and skills.You may be fit if: Bachelor's degree in any field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms. Results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Fluency in English. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
