Responsibilities Achieve sales targets by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into successful sales. Generate and close leads through inbound and outbound channels (within Luzon areas). Connect with prospective clients and create a strong first impression of Digitalhomeph and its brands. Evaluate and prioritize prospects aligned with company goals. Manage leads through the sales pipeline — scheduling appointments, following up, and tracking progress. Understand clients’ needs to identify opportunities for upselling and provide tailored solutions. Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving concerns. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and engagement. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibits, and industry events to expand the customer base. Prepare and analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Stay knowledgeable about products, technical specifications, and the competitive landscape. Qualifications Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field . Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales. Proficiency in MS Office , especially Excel . Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
