Overview

Urgent hiring for IT Service Desk and Technical Support Representative. We are seeking a personable, experienced Customer Service and Technical Support professional to join our expanding team. The role provides expert advice and information to potential customers regarding a variety of products and services, with a focus on customer service and consultative selling to support client conversion.

Location: BGC, Taguig. This is an onsite role.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and customer service to clients and potential customers, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Offer informed, consultative guidance on products and services to drive customer satisfaction and sales.
  • Support client conversion through professional and solution-oriented interactions.
  • Participate in initial and final interviews as part of the hiring process.
Qualifications
  • Must have 24 months (2 years and up) of technical service experience or IT service desk experience.
  • College graduate for any computer-related course (for TSR only).
  • Able to work onsite.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Salary and Benefits
  • Salary up to Php 35,000–40,000 per month, depending on technical experience.
  • Job types: Full-time, Permanent.
  • Benefits include health insurance (HMO up to 400k with potential coverage up to 2 million for 3 dependents), medicine reimbursement (up to 40,000), paid training, pay raises, and opportunities for promotion.
  • Additional benefits: flexible schedule, on-site parking, gym membership, transportation service provided, and more.
Schedule and Additional Pay
  • 8 hour shifts with multiple shift options (including evening, night, overtime, and rotational shifts).
  • Supplemental pay such as 13th month salary, bonuses, commissions, overtime, and performance-based incentives.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred for some roles; experience in customer service (1 year preferred).
  • Experience in IT or BPO environments preferred.
