JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Solid job tenure with no less than 2 years’ experience in the last two job stints
  • Process-oriented and attentive to details
  • Strong organization skills and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated
  • Willingness to adapt to changing business needs
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs
  • At least 2 years’ experience with Sales in a BPO/Call Center/Shared Services set-up
  • International/US Consultative and B2B Sales experiences are preferred
  • Experience with K12 industry is preferred
  • Knowledge in using CRM Tools and Microsoft Office proficiency are an advantage

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

Responsibilities :

  • End-to-end recruitment process
  • Update 201 files and employee master list
  • Monitor employee attendance and timekeeping
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Manage recruitment and selection process
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee performance appraisal system to drive high performance
  • Report to management with HR metrics to support decisions
  • Ensure legal compliance in human resource management
  • Coordinate monthly activities/events to maintain harmonious relationships
  • Willing to be assigned in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City

Salary : From Php15,000.00 per month
