Position: Accounts Payable Team lead Company Industry: IT Company Work Location: Naga City Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Salary: Php 50,000 Work Set Up: Night Shift JOB REQUIREMENTS: ✨ Bachelor's Degree Holder in Finance, Accounting ✨ At least 4 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable ✨ At least 2 years of experience in team lead ✨ Amendable in a nightshift ✨ Can start as soon as possible JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ✨ Oversees rule-based decision-making processes and manages transaction operations across various functions such as credit management, order processing, document verification, and cash collection, depending on the contract scope. ✨ Establishes, drives, and monitors operational goals, ensuring service delivery meets defined performance standards through regular tracking and reporting. ✨ Manages daily operations and maintains effective communication with clients and customers to ensure smooth business interactions. ✨ Demonstrates sound judgment by making timely, well-informed decisions that balance action with objective, data-driven insights, supported by experience and intuition. ✨ Supervises the end-to-end order management process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order entry and fulfillment.
