Establish, track, and monitor operational goals to ensure service delivery meets defined performance standards through consistent reporting. Manage day-to-day operations and maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless business interactions. Demonstrate sound judgment by making timely, well-informed decisions based on data, experience, and objective evaluation. Supervise the end-to-end order management process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order entry and fulfillment.
