As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and user‑friendly documentation that supports Precondo’s products, services, and processes. This role is ideal for someone who can simplify complex information into accessible content for both technical and non‑technical audiences. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, FAQs, process manuals, and product descriptions. Translate complex real estate and technical concepts into simple, easy‑to‑understand language. Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and marketing teams to gather information. Edit, proofread, and update content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity. Organize documentation in a logical, user‑friendly structure. Ensure all materials align with Precondo’s brand tone and style guidelines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field (preferred). 2–3 years of proven experience as a technical writer, copywriter, or similar role. Strong ability to simplify and present complex information clearly. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Familiarity with content management systems and documentation tools.
