Technical Writer/Proposal Writer (WFH and Nightshift) Key Responsibilities Analyze RFP, RFI, and RFQ requirements to ensure full compliance with client specifications. Develop, write, and edit proposal content, including executive summaries, technical sections, past performance, and resumes. Work with business development team and leadership to gather necessary proposal information. Experience in pricing and working closely with business development team to develop competitive and compliant proposals. Ensure proposals align with company branding, messaging, and compliance standards. Manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and deliverables. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to strengthen proposal responses. Maintain and update a content library for proposal reuse and efficiency. Proofread and format documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in government contracting or corporate proposals. Strong knowledge of proposal management best practices (preferably). Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail. Experience working with proposal management tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines. Required Qualifications/Non‑Negotiables Experience in healthcare, IT, staffing, or government contracting industries. Familiarity with CRM or applicant tracking systems (e.g., Salesforce).
