Organizational Development | Employee Engagement We are looking for a dedicated Early Learning Content Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality instructional materials for on-air and online educational content. Key Responsibilities Design instructional materials, including scripts and content guides, based on established learning theories and identified educational needs. Justify the selection of topics and instructional design approaches to ensure relevance and effectiveness. Collaborate with the project management team and script committee to produce engaging and impactful educational content. Production Review & Quality Assurance Review sequence treatments, scripts, and other educational materials to ensure alignment with DepEd standards and Knowledge Channel’s educational goals in terms of accuracy and appropriateness. Assess scripts and storyboards before production to maintain high-quality educational standards. Prepare research materials and content guides for writers and content developers. Develop edit plans, conduct content screenings, and preview materials before airing or publishing to ensure accuracy in data, concepts, visuals, and other multimedia elements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Family Life and Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field. At least three (3) years of professional experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or educational content creation. Communication and Writing skills. Content Development and Instructional Design skills. Experience in Technical Writing. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
