About the role As an Import and Export Specialist at Ambica International Corporation, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the seamless movement of goods across international borders. This full-time position, based in Pasay City, Metro Manila, will see you managing the complex logistics and regulatory requirements of the company's import and export operations. What you’ll be doing Coordinate the import and export of goods, ensuring compliance with all relevant customs regulations and trade agreements Prepare and submit accurate and timely documentation, including customs declarations, bills of lading, and other required paperwork Liaise with logistics providers, customs authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods Analyse import and export data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings Stay up-to-date with changes in trade policies, tariffs, and regulations, and communicate these to the wider business Provide guidance and support to internal teams on import and export procedures and requirements What we’re looking for Experience in an import/export or customs clearance role, ideally within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry Understanding of customs regulations, trade agreements, and documentation requirements for international trade Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to manipulate and analyse data A detail-oriented and organized approach, with the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines Benefits include Health card coverage with free dependent Free shuttle service for employees Meal subsidy Annual merit increase Fun company events and team-building activities Plus, many more About us Ambica International Corporation is a leading player in the manufacturing, transport, and logistics industry, with a strong presence in the Asia-Pacific region.
