We are looking for a Project Engineer who will serve as the Project In-Charge for the Site Development of our property. The role involves overseeing civil construction projects and renovation works, ensuring that all project activities meet quality, safety, and schedule standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Licensed Civil Engineer. Proven experience (5 years) working in civil engineering within the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and processes. Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and MS Office Suite. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to construction sites. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Oversee all civil engineering tasks on-site, including earthworks, structural works, roads, and drainage systems. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met. Conduct surveys and analyze data, including maps, blueprints, and drawings, to plan projects. Prepare and manage detailed project reports, designs, and drawings as needed. Monitor the progress of work at the construction site to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards. Ensure that all activities are performed in accordance with local and national building codes and safety regulations. Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot on-site challenges or issues that arise. Collaborate with project managers to schedule and forecast resources, manpower, and materials needed for successful completion. Supervise and provide direction to site workers, contractors, and subcontractors. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site activities, construction progress, and project milestones.
