Project Engineer The Project Engineer assists the Senior Project Engineer with tasks such as creating technical plans, performing calculations, preparing reports, and supporting routine engineering work. The role includes overseeing minor engineering projects under supervision. Responsibilities Contributes to the development of engineering plans and designs. Assist in budget preparation for projects and monitors project expenditures. Provide technical and professional assistance to staff; review plans, specifications, contract documents, and other reports and documents to ensure compliance with applicable codes, policies, and procedures. Assist in policy and procedure development and implementation. Review and estimates costs for projects. Assist the senior engineer in providing project quotations. Analyzes quotes and bids to assist the project senior engineer. Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards. Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at the project site. Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility. Job Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. Must have at least 2 years of site experience. Sense of responsibility, urgency, reliability, ownership on deliverables, commitment to the task, and must be result-driven. Possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Site experience is highly advantageous. Efficiency in design and document preparation programs: CAD (Required), Microsoft Office, Sketch-up is a plus. Willing to work in Las Piñas City.
