We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Solar Project Engineer Head to lead and oversee the engineering aspects of our solar projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy systems, a passion for renewable energy, and the technical expertise to ensure the successful construction, management, development, and implementation of solar projects. Responsibilities Proven track record in supervising installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems (residential, commercial, or utility scale). Familiarity with local permitting and utility interconnection processes. Able to manage multiple stakeholders (clients, contractors, suppliers). Proficient in project documentation, scheduling (e.g., MS Project), and reporting. Strong Project Management and Communication Skills Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering, with a proven track record of leading successful projects. Project Management: Experience with project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Other: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
