Responsibilities Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes for IT, engineering, and sales roles, including posting roles, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, with emphasis on technical and engineering skill sets. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions and selection criteria. Provide a positive candidate experience and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Track recruiting metrics and deliver regular reports to stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to IT, engineering, or technical roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
