The company is seeking a talented and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to manage paid advertising efforts. The role focuses on running and optimizing campaigns, leveraging data, and driving measurable growth across digital channels to maximize ROI.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
  • Plan, execute, and relentlessly optimize paid advertising campaigns across major platforms, including Facebook/Instagram (Meta Ads), Google Ads , and emerging channels like TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads .
  • Monitor campaign health, adjust strategies to improve KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, CTR , and Conversion Rate .
  • Drive continuous improvement through rigorous A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Analyze campaign data , generate insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations to elevate overall performance marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with creative and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and platform best practices as the internal expert.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications)
  • Minimum 2 years of direct, hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong, verifiable knowledge of the core digital ad ecosystem (Meta Ads, Google Ads) plus experience with at least one emerging platform (TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Data Studio/Looker Studio ).
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple campaigns, and work well independently and in a team.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a bonus, but proven experience is what really counts.
Bonus Points For (Nice to Have)
  • Hands-on experience developing remarketing campaigns and end-to-end funnel building .
  • Working knowledge of SEO and organic social media strategies.
