Position: Marketing Manager (MM)

Department: Business Development

Location: Clark, Pampanga, Philippines

Reporting To: Director of Business Development

Overview

Summary of the role and its scope as a Marketing Manager responsible for digital marketing, lead generation, website management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration within TRT’s Business Development team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Company Website – act as the gatekeeper for the company’s website. Develop web content, ensure content is up to date, and measure the success of specific web pages to ensure optimal performance.
  • Lead Generation – plan, oversee, and execute online demand generation efforts to generate interest in TRT’s service offerings across the client lifecycle using comprehensive online systems.
  • Analyze Trends – stay informed of the latest developments in the digital B2B landscape and incorporate insights as appropriate.
  • Report Analytics – monitor and report results of digital marketing efforts, opportunities, and areas for improvement to TRT management and relevant stakeholders. Utilize tools as appropriate, including SEO/SEM, content management systems, and social media platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field)
  • At least 7+ years of experience in related Digital Marketing areas
  • Experience in change management, stakeholder management, and influencing people without authority
  • Experience in managing B2B Digital Marketing projects and driving results
  • Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, management, and senior leadership
  • Proven ability to work in ambiguity
  • Highly motivated to take ownership and drive initiatives with minimal direction
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams of 3 or more high-performing individuals
  • Strategic and innovative thinking
  • Growth mindset and digital expertise
Essential Technical Skills
  • Web coding – strong understanding of HTML and CSS for website management
  • Marketing automation – experience across multiple digital channels, with a strong understanding of SEO/SEM and how these practices drive revenue
  • Social media savvy – familiarity with current platforms and effectiveness in promoting services/products; track record in overseeing social media campaigns is preferred
  • Communication skills – ability to craft brand-infused copy; strong business-style writing and editing skills
  • Analytical skills – ability to quantify and analyze campaign results and recommend improvements

From Php50,000.00 per month
