Job Description

Position: Marketing Manager (MM)
Department: Business Development
Location: Clark, Pampanga, Philippines
Reporting To: Director of Business Development

Responsibilities
  • Manage Company Website - be the gatekeeper for the company’s website. Develop web content, ensure all content is up to date, and measure the success of specific web pages to ensure the website performs at optimal capacity.
  • Focal Point Online Lead Generation - plan, oversee, and execute digital marketing efforts to generate interest in TRT’s service offerings using comprehensive online demand generation systems at all stages of the TRT client and prospective client lifecycle.
  • Analyze Trends - stay informed of the latest developments in the digital B2B marketing landscape.
  • Report Analytics - monitor and report results of digital marketing efforts, opportunities, and areas for improvement to TRT management and other stakeholders. Utilize tools such as SEO/SEM (Google Adwords), content management systems (WordPress), and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (Communications, marketing, business, or a related field)
  • At least 7+ years of experience in related Digital Marketing areas
  • Experience in change management, stakeholder management, and influencing people without authority
  • Experience in managing B2B Digital Marketing projects and driving results
  • Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, presentation and organization skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, management, and senior leadership
  • Proven ability to work in ambiguity
  • Highly motivated to take ownership and drive initiatives with minimal direction
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams of 3 or more high performing individuals
  • Capacity to think strategically and innovatively
Essential Skills
  • Web coding - strong understanding of HTML and CSS for website management
  • Marketing automation - proficient in marketing automation, SEO, and SEM across multiple digital channels
  • Social media savvy - familiarity with current platforms and ability to oversee social media campaigns
  • Communication skills - strong business-style writing and editing skills
  • Analytical skills - ability to quantify campaign results and recommend improvements

From Php50,000.00 per month
