Job Description

Position: Marketing Manager (MM)

Department: Business Development

Location: Clark, Pampanga, Philippines

Reporting To: Director of Business Development

Responsibilities
  • Manage Company Website - be the gatekeeper for the company’s website. Develop web content, ensure all content is up to date, and measure the success of specific web pages to keep the website performing at an optimal capacity.
  • Focal Point Online Lead Generation - plan, oversee, and execute digital marketing efforts to generate interest in TRT’s service offerings using a comprehensive online demand generation system across the client lifecycle.
  • Analyze Trends - stay informed about the latest developments in the digital B2B space and industry trends.
  • Report Analytics - monitor and report the results of digital marketing efforts and identify opportunities for improvement to TRT management and relevant stakeholders. Utilize tools as appropriate (see below).

  • Content management systems (WordPress)
  • Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field)
  • 7+ years of experience in related Digital Marketing areas
  • Experience in change management, stakeholder management, and influencing people without authority
  • Experience in managing B2B digital marketing projects and driving results
  • Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, management, and senior leadership
  • Proven ability to work in ambiguity
  • Highly motivated to own initiatives with minimal direction
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams of 3 or more high-performing individuals
  • Strategic and innovative thinking capacity

In addition to a growth mindset and digital expertise, TRT requires the Marketing Manager to possess the following essential skills:

  • Web coding - strong understanding of HTML and CSS for website management
  • Marketing automation - familiarity with marketing automation across multiple channels, with emphasis on SEO/SEM and revenue impact
  • Social media savvy - knowledge of current platforms and effectiveness in promoting services/products to targeted audiences
  • Communication skills - ability to craft strong, brand-infused copy; business-style writing and editing
  • Analytical skills - ability to quantify and analyze campaign results and recommend improvements

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : From Php50,000.00 per month
