Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients; schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Research clients using LinkedIn, Apollo, and HubSpot to maintain a quality lead pipeline.
- Generate leads and support the sales process.
- Manage a lead database and conduct cold outreach via email, calls, and LinkedIn.
- Engage leads to qualify them and handle follow-ups.
- Collaborate on targeted campaigns and report on outreach activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales; VA/BPO experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools (like HubSpot), and email outreach.
- Strong communication skills and cold calling experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of outreach.
