Company Description Greenery Mart Corporation (GMC) is a retail and wholesale distribution company that started its operation in Ibajay, Aklan in the year 2000, emphasizing on selling fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) at low prices.Now, GMC caters to a population of around 1.2 million people, with a distribution area spanning 24 municipalities throughout the Panay island region. About the Role This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Officer located in Ibajay, Aklan. The Senior Human Resources Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily HR activities, including employee recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.Day-to-day tasks include developing HR policies, conducting training and development sessions, handling employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment - Develop hiring strategies, manage end-to-end recruitment, collaborate on workforce planning, and maintain strong employer branding. Performance & Development - Oversee performance appraisals, support goal setting and reviews, coordinate training programs, and drive career progression initiatives. Employee Relations & Culture - Foster a positive, inclusive workplace; manage conflicts and grievances; promote engagement and DEI efforts. HR Policies & Compliance - Create and enforce HR policies, ensure legal compliance, conduct audits, and stay updated on labor law changes. Compensation, Benefits & HR Systems - Administer benefits and payroll, maintain HRIS records, and recommend competitive compensation strategies. Reporting & Strategic Alignment - Analyze HR data, generate key reports, and align HR initiatives with business goals. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field At least 2+ years of HR experience Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies Experience inemployee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, and HR strategy Excellentinterpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills Ability to work effectively with diverse teams Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and employment regulations Strongproblem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities Professional HR certification and proficiency inHR Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus Why Join Us?
