We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The HR Officer will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll support, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook compliance. Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee records and reports. Handle employee relations matters, including addressing concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with labor standards. Maintain and update 201 files and other personnel records. Assist in performance management and training initiatives. Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and other statutory requirements. Provide HR reports and data analysis to management for decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 1–2 years of HR experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
