Delivery Leads/Business Analysts Leads act as trusted advisors, guiding project teams to successful outcomes through strategic planning, clear communication, and collaborative problem-solving. The role aligns business objectives with delivery goals to empower teams to deliver high-quality solutions and drive customer and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Lead and drive the overall delivery of projects, consistently delivering value to clients.
• Develop and oversee delivery plans, including scope, estimates, releases, and statements of work for engagements.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategy, product vision, and success criteria, translating these into actionable roadmaps.
• Provide hands-on leadership to delivery teams, ensuring successful outcomes through facilitation and expert guidance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients in product ownership and agile delivery management, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Support the delivery planning phases of discovery workshops, contributing actionable insights and technical feasibility assessments.
• Lead and facilitate discovery workshops to align client stakeholders and delivery teams, defining the delivery roadmap for the product.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of delivery frameworks and practices, enhancing Fabric\'s project execution methodologies.
• Provide deep expertise and trusted advice to clients in product ownership and agile delivery management; build strong relationships with client stakeholders, bridging technical and business domains.
• Identify opportunities within existing client accounts to contribute to long-term success.
• Mentor and coach colleagues on Agile delivery practices and career development; participate in recruitment and onboarding of top talent.
• Ensure alignment and performance of delivery teams, escalating account-level challenges to Principals as needed; promote Fabric values and best practices.
• Generate thought leadership content to support marketing initiatives and participate in knowledge-sharing forums to inspire innovation.

• Have successfully delivered projects in the past.
• Have a good understanding of agile software development practices and delivery frameworks.
• Have experience running workshops with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Have analytical skills to interpret data insights and research to understand problems.
• Enjoy collaborating and enabling delivery teams to achieve client success.

• Exposure to diverse business domains including retail, finance, construction, and logistics.
