Why This Role is Exciting for You

This is a rare opportunity to be one of the first senior hires in ADAPTOVATE’s brand-new Manila office. As a Project Lead / Principal Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in growing our business, leading high-impact client engagements, and building a world-class consulting practice in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Strategic Client Engagements – Define and execute methodologies for large-scale transformation projects, ensuring solutions align with client priorities.
2. Drive High-Impact Project Execution – Ensure projects are efficiently run, meeting client objectives while fostering a positive experience for both clients and teams.
3. Develop & Coach High-Performing Teams – Set standards for deliverables, introduce innovative tools, and mentor teams in structured problem-solving and strategic thinking.
4. Lead Business Growth & Build Client Relationships – Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with executive-level stakeholders, driving business development and securing transformation engagements.
5. Help Set Industry Best Practices – Develop and implement business transformation, digital innovation, and operational strategy. Create practical frameworks, case studies, and best practices to improve performance and drive measurable impact.
6. Expand ADAPTOVATE’s Presence in Manila – Lead the development of our Manila office by building a high performing consulting team and strong brand presence, and position ADAPTOVATE as a key player in the market by setting up strategic business initiatives, scaling the consulting practice.

Who We’re Looking For

1. Experience – 7+ years in a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., MBB, Big 4, or high-impact strategy firms), with a proven ability to lead strategic initiatives, drive transformation, and influence senior stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a track record of successfully managing high-value engagements and scaling consulting teams.
2. Consulting Expertise – Deep experience in business transformation, strategy execution, and Agile methodologies.
3. Client Leadership – Strong ability to engage and influence senior executives, drive high-value client relationships, and deliver C-suite-ready presentations.
4. Business Development Skills – Proven track record of winning and delivering projects, including proposal writing, sales pitches, and pipeline management.
5. Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking – Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and quantitative skills to drive structured problem-solving.
6. Coaching & Leadership – Passion for mentoring consultants, fostering a collaborative culture, and developing high-performing teams.
7. Industry Knowledge – Experience working across multiple industries with a customer-centric approach to driving business value.
