Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets in the F&B sector. Identify new business opportunities, including restaurants, hotels, cafes, distributors, and retail outlets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements with clients. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns and events. Monitor and report sales performance, market developments, and competitor activities to management. Ensure timely collection of payments and manage client accounts effectively. Provide after-sales support to address client needs and ensure high customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of F&B trends, supply chain, and customer demands. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and site visits.
