About Our Client This role is with a large organization in the business services industry, recognized for providing a wide range of professional solutions to its clients. The company is committed to maintaining high standards of compliance and data protection in its operations. Job Description Develop and implement privacy policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Conduct regular audits and assessments related to data protection and privacy practices. Advise internal teams on privacy-related matters and best practices. Monitor and manage data breach incidents, including reporting and remediation efforts. Ensure that third-party vendors comply with privacy policies and standards. Provide training and awareness programs on privacy and data protection to employees. Stay updated on changes in privacy laws and adjust policies accordingly. Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies. The Successful Applicant A Bachelor\'s degree in healthcare, business administration or any related field At least 7 years of experience with data protection, privacy, healthcare operations or compliance related activities Must be a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), International Associate of Privacy Professionals Proven expertise in privacy laws, such as GDPR, and local data protection regulations. Experience in conducting compliance audits and risk assessments. Must have experience with Project Management Tools: Microsoft Suite, Tableau, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams Certified Information Privacy Professional/Asia (CIPPA) is preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex compliance issues. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and training delivery. Willing to work on night shift (8pm to 5am) from Mondays to Fridays, 3x a week onsite & 2x a week WFH in BGC, Taguig City Willing to undergo 3 months onsite night shift training What\'s on Offer Permanent role with opportunities for professional growth in the business services industry.
