Main responsibilities

  • Evaluating, evolving, and creating program controls and protocols, working with Privacy Counsel and Privacy Risk Management to support the business.
  • Working closely with the business to identify key business processes and privacy risks arising from those processes to ensure compliance with developing laws.
  • Supporting project privacy impact assessments and third-party privacy vendor risk assessments.
  • Supporting rights-related requests and maintaining metrics.
  • Supporting privacy customer inquiries.
  • Supporting the maintenance and update of Albertsons Data Maps.
  • Monitoring business compliance with established privacy requirements.
  • Evaluate, evolve, and create program controls and protocols working with the Chief Privacy Officer, Privacy Operations Manager, and Privacy & Risk Program Manager.

What we are searching for:

  • Bachelor's degree in any program.
  • At least two (2) years of professional experience in privacy, compliance, legal, or IT risk management
  • Basic knowledge of data, IT systems, and related areas
  • Experience with the
    OneTrust
    privacy platform or other similar privacy technologies is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to inspire trust and confidence with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and take ownership of issues and matters to their successful conclusion.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
