Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Marketing Trainer located in Visayas Area. The Retail Marketing Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for retail staff, enhancing customer service skills, and coaching team members to improve performance. The role also includes evaluating training effectiveness, updating training materials, and ensuring that all training programs are aligned with company standards and objectives.

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to Coach and mentor staff
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in the petroleum industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education, Business Administration, or related field
