Construction Project Manager Apply for the Construction Project Manager role at SM Engineering Design and Development Corp. JOB DESCRIPTION Communicate the direction of the management and its goals to the team being managed, including contractors, vendors, and suppliers involved in the project. Manage the group and individual performance of the team, setting direction aligned with group targets, reviewing performance and providing necessary guidance. Oversee comprehensive project cost management, including contingencies and unlisted components. Deliver and manage projects from planning to closeout within the agreed time and quality. Develop a detailed project execution plan, including the resources required to complete the project. Plan for strategic options when schedules are falling behind; forecast and initiate plans for anticipated issues. Coordinate and communicate with all project stakeholders to properly manage expectations. Prepare and review project costs and ensure compliance with the approved project budget. Ensure that everyone on site follows proper safety protocols in the execution of their tasks. JOB REQUIREMENT Candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. A Postgraduate Diploma or Master's Degree is considered an asset. A valid professional license is essential. At least 10 years of working experience in the related field, with 5 years experience in Project Management capacity. Willing to be deployed to any location based on organizational needs.
