About the Role The Product Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and improvement of products from concept through launch. This role involves working closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, manufacturing, and sales, to ensure products meet customer needs and align with company goals. Responsibilities Product Strategy. Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and lifecycle management plans in alignment with the company's objectives. Market Research. Conduct market analysis and consumer research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Project Management. Lead product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints. Performance Analysis. Monitor product performance post‑launch and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement. Communication & Collaboration. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product development progress and updates. Work closely with merchandising and marketing teams to ensure timely product development and launch. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Design, or a related field.
