Work Setup: Onsite

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality application solutions
  • Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and clients to align development with business goals
  • Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and documentation
  • Continuously evaluate and improve team performance and development processes

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in application development, and leadership role
  • At least 10 years’ relevant professional experience in software development, solution architecture or a related field
  • Proficiency in technologies such as Java, C#, .NET, or other enterprise development stacks
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
