Your Role Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and address sales-related concerns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals. About You Fresh graduates or licensed in the engineering fields (Industrial & Electrical) are preferred. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Experience in sales is an advantage but not required. Experience in related industries such as uninterruptible power supply, precision air-conditioning units, and IT racks is preferred. Preferably female, aged 21-35, and can start immediately. Willing to be assigned to their location atMandala Park, Brgy. Pleasant Hills, 312 Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City, (Mondays to Fridays, 9 AM-6 PM). Compensation & Benefits HMO upon regularization. Government-mandated benefits. Paid leaves up to 30 days, with unused leaves convertible to cash. Uniform provided. Commissions on top of basic pay. Communication and transportation allowances.
