  • Strong writing, editing, storytelling skills; ability to adapt tone and brand voice across formats.
  • Experience managing writers, designers, freelancers, and cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with AI SEO tools and generative AI workflows; experience with email, social, and paid campaigns.
  • Industry experience in BPO/outsourcing/staffing or finance/real estate is a plus depending on the listing.
