Network Standards and Compliance Specialist Join to apply for the Network Standards and Compliance Specialist role at 1Aviation Groundhandling Services, Corp. Department: Network Standards and ComplianceEmployee Type: Probationary Help ensure operational excellence by driving compliance across stations. As a Standards and Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in upholding aviation standards and company procedures through regular audits, investigations, and monitoring activities. What You Will Do Ensure that 1Aviation’s Vision, Mission, and Values are achieved. Promote and uphold Quality, Safety, Security, and Customer Service standards based on aviation regulations and company policies. Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc compliance checks across airport operations to identify non-conformities. Assist in audit preparations and in addressing findings such as CAPAs, NCRs, and other regulatory notices. Review and validate corrective and preventive actions submitted by departments. Prepare audit and compliance reports for review by the Compliance Officer and Network Standards & Compliance Manager. Participate in investigations involving quality, safety, or security incidents. Collaborate with line personnel to encourage active participation in compliance processes. Track closure of findings, support manual updates, and contribute to operational process enhancements. Assist in drafting advisories, reports, meeting minutes, and documentation as needed. Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Manager. Required Educational Background Graduate of any 4-year course Good command of the English language Preferred Experience And Attributes Excellent leadership and decision‑making skills Strong analytical and investigative mindset Working knowledge of airport operations and safety protocols Service-oriented and results-driven Highly organized and detail-focused Capable of interpreting and applying aviation standards, manuals, and regulations Experience Range: 2 - 4 years Job posted on Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Information Technology Industry: Airlines and Aviation Ready to raise the standards in aviation operations?
