Salary range is open. Work is onsite with day shift schedule. Responsibilities Conduct requirements gathering and project scoping sessions with subject matter experts, business users, and executive stakeholders to discover and define business reporting needs. Develop reports and dashboards independently to meet business requirements. Assist and train users from different business departments (sales, production, supply chain, etc.) to use Power BI as a tool. Admin access control to data and reports for company‑wide users. Discover new opportunities to apply data‑driven analysis methods, including machine learning and IoT. Promote a data‑driven culture inside the company (host meetings, initiate activities). Understanding of data warehouse technologies, ETL processes, and cloud technologies is valued. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience. 4–7 years of experience in Power BI. Microsoft Data Analyst Certification is a big plus. Experience developing front‑end reporting with BI suites (Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, QlikView, etc.) and passion for data visualizations and storytelling. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, DAX, SQL preferred. Experience as a SQL BI developer or in SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, T‑SQL programming preferred. Experience with DW technologies such as Databricks, Azure Synapse, Azure DevOps is a big plus. Experience writing and maintaining ETL scripts for structured and unstructured sources preferred. Excellent technical and communication skills. Positive attitude, good teamwork, willingness to share expertise. Willingness and ability to travel to support field activities as needed.
