The BI Developer is in charge of developing reports and dashboards using Power BI. He/She will be working with different business units to develop PowerBI solutions that aid stakeholders in decision making and evaluation of the performance of certain shows or products. He/She should have experience in connecting multiple data sources from both on‑premise and cloud‑based environments and a good practical understanding of Power BI capabilities. Accountabilities Design, develop, test and deploy SQL queries and troubleshoot errors. Use Power Query to transform data in Power BI. Perform Power BI administration tasks and make recommendations for continual improvements. Create Power BI measures, code DAX and M‑query. Connect different data sources to Power BI. Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models. Create and maintain documentation that explains BI reports, parameters, models, and relationships. Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and troubleshoot errors. Effectively prioritize and manage concurrently assigned project tasks, demonstrate initiative, and work independently with minimal supervision. Independently troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis to resolve support issues in relation to reports & dashboards. Project management. Perform ad hoc analysis and reports as needed by the business unit. Specifications Intermediate skills on MS Office. Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, SQL and cloud databases. Advanced knowledge of data analysis. Able to understand business questions and create reports/analysis that addresses those questions. General knowledge of GDPR and other data privacy laws globally. Excellent presentation skills. Proven stakeholder management. Excellent communication skills. Proven time and project management skills (Agile). Impeccable work ethics. Other Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor’s degree holder. At least 3 years of relevant experience. Experience dealing with various stakeholders in a global perspective. Non‑negotiable Requirements Bachelor’s degree. 2‑3 years of relevant work experience. Commercial/Sale/Pricing/Supply chain analytics. Advanced knowledge of Power BI, SQL, cloud database (AWS, Azure, etc.). Stakeholder management. Shift / RTO Schedule / Holidays 2 pm–10 pm (depends on the BU). Once a month RTO. Public holidays.
