Salary & Schedule Salary: P100, 000 - P140, 000 (Monthly Package) Schedule: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM PHT Employment Type: Freelance – Full-time (3-month contract, with the potential to convert to a permanent full-time role based on performance and client needs) What Are We Looking For? Skills Required: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform , including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Power Automate Hands‑on experience in Power Platform administration , environment setup, and governance Solid understanding of data modeling, Dataverse , and relational database concepts Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with external systems, APIs, and data connectors Proficiency in SQL Server , REST APIs , and working with JSON/XML Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment Nice to have: Experience with Power BI for report and dashboard creation Familiarity with Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents) for chatbot development Knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 ecosystem Experience integrating with Azure services Understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or similar) Background in Agile/Scrum development methodologies What Will You Do? Design, develop, and deploy business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑driven) that meet organizational needs and best practices. Build and maintain Power Automate flows to streamline and automate business processes across multiple systems. Manage and administer Power Platform environments, including security roles, solution deployment, and data governance. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project goals, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Power Apps, Power Automate, and related integrations. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and contribute to team best practices. Ensure compliance with Microsoft Power Platform standards, data policies, and security guidelines. Document all developed solutions and maintain accurate technical specifications for future reference and scalability.
