We are seeking a Client Growth Partner who will serve as a strategic ally to our clients, focusing on their expansion and long-term success. This role is about more than just support—it’s about proactively identifying opportunities, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring clients maximize the value of our partnership.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients define and achieve their growth objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and service expansion aligned with client needs.
  • Monitor client performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including Virtual Assistants, sales, operations, and support—to deliver tailored growth strategies.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and value-driven conversations.
  • Anticipate client challenges and provide innovative, timely solutions.
  • Advocate for client interests while ensuring alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Open to fresh graduates with relevant internship or related experience.
  • Proven experience in account management, client success, or business development.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to balance client advocacy with company priorities.
