Start your journey with Excis and grow with us What You’ll Do: Partner Relationship Management: Own and nurture strategic relationships with subcontractor partners, acting as their primary contact to ensure engagement and satisfaction. Contract and Rate Negotiations: Lead the preparation, negotiation, and maintenance of service-level agreements and rate cards that reflect competitive and cost-effective pricing. Performance Monitoring and Partner Sourcing: Monitor partner KPIs and service quality, resolve escalations efficiently, and source/onboard new subcontractor partners to meet capacity and strategic needs. What You’ll Need: Relevant qualifications in Business, Management, or related field. Proven experience in account management, partner/vendor management, or subcontractor coordination within IT services or related sectors. Strong negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder communication skills. Ability to manage multiple partner accounts across different countries and time zones independently. Analytical mindset focused on service performance, cost control, and continuous improvement.
