Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and manage equipment parts, tools, and documentation.
  • Coordinate manpower and resources for maintenance activities.
  • Prepare and submit Work Orders.
  • Process purchase/work requests and ensure material availability.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor min-max levels.
  • Track maintenance history and submit timely reports.
  • Respond promptly to customer concerns and minimize complaints.
  • Enforce environmental, health, and safety policies with zero LTA.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance planning, preferably in heavy industry, cement, mining, or manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance planning, and reliability practices.
  • Proficiency in spare parts planning, inventory management, and procurement processes.
