LOAN PRODUCT UNIT HEAD

Job Summary

Tasked in driving the development and enhancement of plans and programs relevant to SME/Business Loan product and is responsible in the strategic and development of an effective concepts for the loan product's improvement, this include modifying/enhancing loan features in response to competition, profitability, and stability.

Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy and Development. Develop and execute the strategic vision for the loan product portfolio. Responsible for managing the entire loan product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
  • Portfolio Management. Monitor and manage the performance of existing loan products, ensuring they meet financial and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration. Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to develop effective marketing campaigns and sales strategies. Partner with Technology and Operations teams to ensure seamless product implementation and operational efficiency. Assess the lending program performance regularly and formulate assessments or recommendations for its furtherance.
  • Financial Management. Develop and manage the loan product budget, including forecasting and financial planning. Analyze financial metrics and KPIs to track product performance and profitability.
Qualifications
  • Candidate should have a strong & solid background in bank loans.
