Overview

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell DMCI Homes properties to potential buyers.
  • Assist clients in selecting the best property based on their needs, budget, and lifestyle.
  • Conduct property presentations and site tours for prospective buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on DMCI Homes projects, pricing, promos, and financing options.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and fieldwork.
  • Negotiate deals and guide clients through the sales process, including documentation and financing.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and marketing team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in real estate sales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and willing to do fieldwork.
  • Knowledge of real estate trends and property financing is a plus.
